Jackson Student Leadership Team

The Jackson Student Leadership Team (JSLT) is a program for Jackson County School System high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. JSLT is a leadership development program designed to build individual leadership skills, foster positive group dynamics, and increase civic and community involvement. 

Students join the team as sophomores after a multi-level interview and selection process. Six sophomores are selected from each JCSS high school. Students remain on the team through graduation.
