The Jackson-Empower FFA program is once again a 3-star Gold Emblem Chapter, one of the nation's highest honors. The distinction recognizes the FFA chapter as one of the best in the country, with less than 10 percent of all FFA chapters earning the distinction. 

The Gold Emblem distinction recognizes the chapter's commitment to exceptionalism and its ability to actively implement the mission and strategies of the organization. Gold Emblem Chapters improve chapter operations using the National Quality FFA Chapter Standards and a Program of Activities that emphasizes growing leaders, building communities and strengthening agriculture. 

The Jackson-Empower FFA Chapter will be recognized at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis this fall.
